TOPIC

For centuries Tibetans have used skilful methods for training the mind and cultivating limitless compassion. Using the text The Eight Verses of Mindtraining by Geshe Langri Tangpa, Lama Zangmo will give instructions with an emphasis on using the practice to meet ordinary life situations with intelligence and loving kindness.

TOPIC 

Lama Zangmo will give instructions on some topics from the text A Precious Garland by Gampopa along with meditation instructions. The text gives guidance on what is needed to develop one's understanding, meditation and conduct on the spiritual path. This includes contemplation of the four thoughts that turn the mind to the Dharma.
The retreat will be a combination of teachings, meditation practice and contemplation with time for Q&A and is suitable for anyone wishing to deepen their practice and understanding of the Dharma.
