Cultivating a Compassionate Mind for Our Times
Join us for a full day of practice and teachings with Donal Creedon, exploring how we can cultivate a more compassionate, resilient and awake mind amid the challenges of modern life.
The day will begin with a Green Tara Puja, followed by teachings, meditation, discussion and opportunities to ask questions. It will conclude with a Chenrezig Puja, a practice centred on compassion.
This beginner-friendly workshop is open to everyone. No previous knowledge of Buddhism or meditation experience is required.
