About the event
Join us for Making Friends with My Mind, a practical and accessible two-day meditation workshop with Lama Rinchen, one of the most senior Western Buddhist teachers in the Karma Kagyu tradition.
The workshop will explore the nature of the mind and offer practical ways to work with our thoughts and emotions more skilfully. No previous meditation experience is required, and people of all backgrounds, beliefs and faith traditions are warmly welcome.
Dates: Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September 2026
