A retreat on view, meditation and action. Meditation in the deepest meaning of the word is much more than a method for achieving well being, peace or health. It implies a different way of living in the world which involves all aspects of our lives. It implies being present to the world around us in all its beauty and sorrow. It implies being present to the inner world of thought, feeling, imagination and habitual patterns. Furthermore it invites the qualities of love and intelligence to pervade our living. We will explore this important topic mainly from the Mahamudra perspective.

Saraha tells us:

“Though there are many rivers, they are one in the sea,

Though there may be many lies, one truth will conquer all.

When one sun rises, the dark

However deep will vanish.”

Costs for the 9 night retreat

SINGLE ROOM USD650 - (USD550 for paid up members) 

SHARED ROOM USD400 - (USD340 for paid up members) 

CAMPING  (own equipment) USD250 - (USD210 for paid up members)

As space on this retreat will be limited, we are requesting a 50% deposit by 1 October to secure your acceptance on the retreat.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation within 30 - 7 days of commencement of retreat : 50% refund in the event of your place not being filled

Cancellation within the last week: nil refund.

Conditions for joining the retreat. This is a Buddhist meditation retreat and particularly suitable for those with some knowledge and experience. However everyone is welcome. Each person should be committed to the program and leave personal demands and agendas aside. This is essential. Ethical conduct based on Buddhist precepts and consideration for others is assumed. If you cannot fulfil these conditions please do not come.
