Everyone is warmly welcome to join us every Sunday at the Harare Buddhist Centre for meditation, prayers, contemplation, and fellowship. Whether you are completely new to Buddhism or have an established meditation practice, our Sunday programme offers a peaceful space to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom in the company of others.
